Karen Persis practices law because she enjoys solving problems and helping people. Her approach is open, honest, and creative. She provides comprehensive and practical legal representation to individuals for a variety of matters, including assisted reproductive technology law, family law, foreclosures, real property disputes, and short sales. Karen also serves as a third party neutral in family law matters in her role as a Mediator, Parenting Coordinator, or Guardian Ad Litem. Karen listens to her clients and combines their needs with her experience to create strategies that best represent her clients’ legal, financial, and long-term goals.

Karen serves Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola, Lake, and Brevard counties for litigation. Karen assists intended parents, donors, and surrogates with Assisted Reproductive Technology law matters throughout Florida.
